Before you train
ZoneCue connects to heart-rate devices that broadcast the standard Bluetooth Heart Rate Service, including compatible chest straps and WHOOP heart-rate broadcast. It also includes a demo signal for learning the interface.
Yes. When enabled, short spoken cues briefly lower other audio so they remain understandable through headphones. You can mute cues from the live screen or choose tones instead.
No. ZoneCue is a fitness guidance tool, not a medical device, diagnosis service, or substitute for professional advice. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you feel unwell.
